The guest rooms are all individually decorated and guests can relax from the pace of their travels in the lovely garden. The Vine Guesthouse has earned its reputation as a first rate guesthouse by providing warm hospitality, comfortable accommodation and excellent service, making it a true home from home for the discerning guest.

By making this booking you are entering into an agreement with us. Please read our terms and conditions of booking below. THIS IS A SMOKE-FREE GUEST HOUSE. Smoking and excessive liquor consumption in any form is strictly prohibited inside the rooms. Cancellation: Our agreement is a legal contract and your deposit is not re-fundable. If you cannot take your holiday and you have not cancelled 48 hours in advance, you are still liable for the booking in full. Please note that your deposit is not refundable under any circumstances.
Non-availability of accommodation: We will only cancel your booking if accommodation is unavailable for reasons beyond our control. We will refund all monies paid by you for the accommodation with us. Our liability will not extend beyond this refund. Arrival & Departure: Your accommodation will be available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. Unless otherwise arranged, we may not be able to accommodate you if you arrive earlier that the agreed time. Please vacate the room by 10:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise arranged with us. Late arrival procedure: Please ensure that you contact us not later than 18:00 to let us know if you will be arriving late. Failure to notify us may result in the room being re-let or you being charged the full cost of your room. Damages and breakage: Please note that whilst staying in our property you are liable for any breakages or damages which you may cause to the room or its contents. Report all incidents to us immediately as they occur. You will be held liable for any replacement, repair or making good of any breakage or damage to the property. Pets: No pets are allowed. There are neighbouring cats and dogs that are not allowed in the guest suites. Liability: We do not accept any liability for any damages, loss or injury to any members of your party, vehicles or possessions unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.
General: Care should be taken to see that there is not wastage of water, electricity and other resources. No visitors for guests residing at the guesthouse is allowed unless by prior arrangement with owners. All electrical appliances like fans, lights should be switched off before leaving the room. Cooking in any form using gas, ovens, heater and hot plates is not allowed inside the room. Vehicles of all kinds should be parked in the designated places.
