The 5 star Samara Manor House is located in the malaria-free Samara Private Game Reserve which is surrounded by the panoramic Karoo mountain landscape. The House is visited by eland, buffalo, aardvark and giraffe. The Manor House is the private home of the owners and boasts a traditional homestead feel. The nearest town is Graaff-Reinet.
The rooms can sleep up to 8 adults or 6 adults and 4 children. The 4 suites enjoy greater privacy, each with their own patio and spacious bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and separate shower.
The open plan living space boasts a cosy lounge, 2 reading nooks, bar, fireplace and television. The dining room seats up to 10 guests and the house's glass doors open on to the patio from the living area, providing views of the infinity swimming pool, active water-hole and the Karoo wilderness.
Dinner is served at the Boma where traditional cuisine is enjoyed under the African sky. A variety of indoor and al fresco dining options are available to guests. The services of a personal game ranger, chef and butler are available to guests.
