We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and credit card details will be accepted in lieu of deposit with the balance being payable on arrival. Electronic transfers from within South Africa are also accepted up to three days prior to the arrival date, and proof of payment must be forwarded to the guest house. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures unless the rooms can be re-let.
For non-arrival (no show) or cancellations within 72 hours, 100% of the total accommodation will be payable.
Cancellations between 3 and 7 days of the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total stay being the full deposit.
Cancellations between 8 and 14 days will incur a cancellation fee of 25% of the booking being half of the deposit.
By providing credit card details in lieu of the deposit you authorise Sir Roys Guest House or Sir Roys at the Sea to deduct the above charges.
Cancellations must be submitted in writing and also by phone if possible.
Conditions of Reservations for bookings in peak periods or falling partly into peak periods will have no deposits refunded if cancellations are received within 30 days of the arrival date and full payment should be made prior to arrival.
