Conditions of Reservations: We require a 50% deposit to secure your booking and credit card details will be accepted in lieu of deposit with the balance being payable on arrival. Electronic transfers from within South Africa are also accepted up to three days prior to the arrival date, and proof of payment must be forwarded to the guest house. No refunds will be made for late arrivals or early departures unless the rooms can be re-let. For non-arrivals (no-shows) or cancellations within 72 hours of arrival date, 100% of the total accommodation amount will be payable. Cancellations between 3 and 7 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the total accommodation amount, this being the full deposit. Cancellations between 8 and 14 days prior to the arrival date will incur a cancellation charge of 25% of the total accommodation amount, this being half of the deposit. By providing credit card details in lieu of the deposit you authorise Sir Roys Guest House or Sir Roys at the Sea to deduct the above charges. Cancellations must be submitted in writing and also by phone if possible.
