The house, with 4 en-suite bedrooms, is ideal for golfers and holidaymakers wanting a tranquil and relaxing setting. There is a comfortable open plan living area consisting of a lounge, dining room, kitchen and a separate scullery, fitted with all necessary appliances. There is satellite television and a covered patio with a built in barbeque for outdoor entertaining. A second lounge, with a satellite television, is also available. The house is framed by the landscaped garden. Smoking is not permitted in the rooms.
There is a small but comprehensive shopping centre in the village, only a short distance away. The main clubhouse and first tee is nearby and all the beaches and other attractions are within a few minutes of the front door.
