Return and Refunds policy The provision of goods and services by Sandown Castle is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, Sandown Castle will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will take place under the following conditions: Cancellation on arrival or during full confirmed booking full payment (100%) will be forfeited. No Show , No Cancellation for a confirmed booking full payment (100%) will be forfeited. Cancellation 30 days before arrival date twenty-five percent (25%) payment will be forfeited. Cancellation 0 -14 days before arrival for confirmed booking fifty percent (50%) payment will be forfeited. Cancellation less than 14 days 48 hours before arrival for confirmed booking seventy-five percent (75%) payment will be forfeited. Cancellation 48 hours - 24 hours before arrival for confirmed booking full (100%) payment will be forfeited.
