DESCRIPTION
We offer luxurious self-catering accommodation that will feel like your home away from home. Centrally located between Johannesburg, Durban and Bloemfontein, it is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway. Our graceful and comfy cottage has 3 bedrooms:The main bedroom has a standard queen size double bed with an en-suite heated bathroom with a shower and a bath. It also has a wooden cottage pane door leading onto the veranda. The second bedroom has a standard queen size double bed also with a wooden cottage pane door leading onto the veranda. The third bedroom has two standard single beds. Bedroom 2 & 3 share a private bathroom with a bath and a shower with a separate toilet. The living area is open plan and includes a lounge, dining room and kitchen. The lounge boasts with a gas-fired log fireplace. The Television with DSTV is also in the lounge. The kitchen is fully equipped for six people and includes a combination fridge/freezer, a microwave oven, as well as a four plated stove with oven. There is a built-in braai facility on the veranda and also a single lock-up garage on the side of the house.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Booking Conditions: (As prescribed in section 17 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008) 1. Deposit: A 100% deposit of the full amount is required at the time of making the booking. If we fail to receive your deposit within 7 days of the booking, your provisional reservation will lapse. 2. Cancellation: Should you need to cancel your booking for any reason, the following cancellation fees will apply, regardless of the reason for cancellation: Cancellation more than 60 days prior to departure - 25% of the full amount. Cancellation 60 days or less prior to departure - 50% of the full amount. Cancellation 30 days prior to departure - 75% of the full amount. Cancellation 14 days or less prior to departure - 100% of the full amount. 3. In terms of Section 17(5) of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, no cancellation fee will be payable in the event of the death or hospitalisation of the person for whom, or for whose benefit the booking, reservation or order was made.
