Refunds of deposits are at the discretion of management, are subject to a 25% administration fee and are dependant on the ability to re-let the room. Clients will be held liable for the full cost of the accommodation on bookings cancelled within 7 days of the check-in date. These terms are non-negotiable and a receipt of a pre-payment or a deposit assumes unconditional agreement by the client to these terms.
