DESCRIPTION
Ciara Lodge have eight different self-catering chalets, all accomodating between one and seven guest, with queen/double or twin beds.
Each chalet has its own fully equiped kitchenette,ensuite bathrooms with shower/bath and toilet, bathtrobes and towels, selection of DSTV channels, complimentary tea and coffee, private patios, braai facilities and seperate entrances.
Our comfortable and stylish cottages located in a tranquil suburb of Pretoria, offer great value for money.
We provide convenient accommodation should it be for business, leisure, holidays, or route stopover.
SPRINGBOK CHALET: (Wooden chalet with thatched roof)
One bedroom with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with corner bath and shower, fully equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, lounge with single bed and satellite TV, porch with own braai.
ZEBRA and/or TARENTAL CHALET:(Wooden chalet with thatched roof)
One bedroom with 2 single beds or king size bed, lounge corner with satellite TV, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with corner bath/shower, porch with own braai.
PEBBLE and SHELL CHALETS:
EACH with:
One bedroom with a queen size bed and satellite tv, en-suite-bathroom with shower,
fully equipped kitchenette and lounge-corner, porch with own braai.

You can fill in your creditcard details for the deposit. In case of an EFT (within 24 hours), please add your surname and arrival date as reference with your payment. Fax proof of payment to 086 56 24 159, or mail. Cancellation Policy: Less than 10 days cancellation notice - Forfeit full deposit. " 10 - 28 days cancellation notice - Forfeit 75% of deposit. " 29 - 60 days cancellation notice - Forfeit 50% of deposit. " 61 - 90 days cancellation notice - Forfeit 25% of deposit. " 90 days or more cancellation notice - Forfeit 10% of deposit. All refunds: R 150 admin fee. We do not refund payments made via EFT, however we will keep it as a credit for your next visit. Final payment of the balance must be made before or on date of arrival. No-show or curtailments of the stay, guest forfeits 100% of deposit. NO REFUND for early departures or reducing of the number of guests booked. * Ciara Lodge reserves the right to change chalets to accommodate a long-term or group booking.
