The fully equipped granite kitchen has microwave, washing machine and tumble drier. Also has full sea view.
The lounge and dining room have 180 degree seaview and leads onto the patio that looks onto the Ballito promenade. Lounge and dining room have remote controlled ceiling fans. Also has braai / barbeque on patio with outdoor furniture.
The living area is air-conditioned and garage doors are automated.
We offer you full DS facility in lounge and main bedroom with extra view. Both are LCD flat screen tv’s.
