45 Broadway Lodge have 5 en-suite rooms, secure parking, separate entrances, air-conditioning, TV, mini fridge, and tea and coffee facilities.All the rooms are serviced daily.Two of the bedrooms are self catering and have a fully fitted kitchen.
Enjoy a delicious English or continental buffet breakfast which is served in the dining room or you can start you day off with breakfast in the tranquil surrounds of the lush garden.

A 50 % deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance must be paid on arrival.
Cancel on arrival or during stay - the full payment due must be levied
In the event of premature departure we will charge for the full extent of stay, which was booked and confirmed for.
Cancel 0 - 14 days before date of arrival or a no show - full deposit payable.
Cancel 15 - 28 days before date of arrival - 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.
Cancel 28+ days before date of arrival - 50% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater) is forfeited.
On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details, 45 Broadway Lodge will refund the applicable amount, within 14 working days. 45 Broadway Lodge levies a 10% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185.00 will be charged.
