To avoid any misunderstanding, a booking constitutes a binding contract. All guests confirming a booking are advised that we will seek compensation from them for any cancelled accommodation that cannot be relet, including premature curtailment. While every effort has been made to ensure the safe and secure stay of guests, Sir Harveys do not accept any liability for the safety of guests and their possessions. Swimming is at your own risk. No smoking is permitted anywhere inside the accommodation establishment. The right of admission is reserved.
To secure a booking a deposit of 50% must be made. The balance is payable on arrival. Deposits are non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or 'non arrival'. Bookings will automatically be cancelled if deposit is not received by the due date. Bookings are not secure unless a confirmation from Sir Harveys has been received by the guest. No persons other than those quoted for, are permitted to share the accommodation.
