Cancellation policies: 0-14 days before date of arrival, or no show - visitor forfeits 100% of the deposit amount. Cancellation policies - 15-28 days before date of arrival - visitor forfeits 75% of deposit. Cancellation policies - 29 or more days - visitor forfeits 25% of deposit paid. On receipt of written instruction to cancel the reservation, KosiBay Cabins will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms, within 10 working days. KosiBay Cabins will levy a 10% administration fee on any refunds.
