Between 15 - 21 days prior 50% is forfeited. Between 22 - 28 days prior 25% is forfeited Cancellations made further in advance than 28 days to arrival date will be refunded the deposit. Please note that should the deposit not be received or alternative arrangements made with in 24 hours that the booking will be considered to be cancelled. Deposits are not refundable in the event of early check outs or a cancellation. Non arrival will be charged in full. The rate quoted EXCLUDE booking agent commission.
