Honey Pot Bed & Breakfast

The Lovely Honey Pot is situated in a quiet residential area of Umhlanga. Honey Pot is only a 900 meter walk from the golden beaches and a 600 meter walk from the lively Umhlanga village with its many and varied restaurants. Umhlanga, 15km from Durban, is an upmarket coastal village with all amenities, its own blue flag beach and numerous water sports and land-based adventures available. Honey Pot bed and breakfast, with its stunning views and tranquil garden setting, is owner-run and managed, offering accommodation that is service-driven and provides a friendly base for an idyllic holiday or productive business trip.

ACCOMMODATION NAD FACILITIES IN ROOMS

Our rooms all have En-suite bathrooms with individual private entrances from our gardens. Colour TV with MNET, CSN and a Satellite channel is in all rooms together with tea/coffee making facilities. Each room also has a telephone with an additional socket for use with your own PC. Clean towels are provided daily and there is a daily maid service. Each room overlooks pretty gardens where you can sit and enjoy the peace and tranquillity.

BREAKFAST

Breakfasts (full English and/or Continental) are served on our front patio overlooking the Indian Ocean which is about 800 meters away. There is a pool for guests to use where you can enjoy a sunbed or just float around in the water. There are also Braai (Barbecue) facilities for your use either round the pool or outside your own room.

FACILITIES & SERVICES

Full business facilities are offered, for the travelling businessman and email facilities are available to all. There is a laundry service, and picnic baskets can be provided on request. Transfers to and from the airport, together with a mixture of day trips can be arranged, and car hire can also be arranged with several highly regarded local companies as well as the internationally known companies

Valley 1000 Hills, Assagay Safari Park, Crocodile Park, Umgeni Bird Park, Botanical Gardens, Sea World and Sharks Board. We are also close to Gateway, the largest shopping and entertainment complex in the Southern Hemisphere. Other activities include: Health and Leisure Club (Daily Passes can be arranged), Golf, Horse Riding, Scuba Diving and tennis courts at La Lucia nearby.
