The balance of booking is due 7 days before arrival. We handle no cash on premises.
Bookings made 7 days before arrival require 100% deposit to secure booking.
Bookings are automatically cancelled if payment is not received within 12hrs of booking confirmation.
No cheque payments will be accepted.

Strictly NO smoking allowed indoors / in rooms.
No music / screaming / shouting will be permitted.
An acceptable amount of noise will be permitted in the swimming pool, entertainment , garden & play areas between 7am & 5:00pm each day.
For yours & our safety ;ONLY paid & booked guests are allowed on the premises. A R550 penalty will be charged per invite or additional guest.
We offer bed & breakfast ONLY. The kitchen is for owner & staff usage. Guests are welcome to use the communal fridge upstairs and the microwave in the kitchen ONLY. Plates, cups, glasses & cutlery is available to guests on request.
All room & property details advertised is exactly what we have to offer our guests.
Breakfast times are between 6: 30 am & 9:30 am Monday - Sunday
Ample parking on premises; do not park outside the gate, block the gate or any entrances or cars.
Failure to comply with B&B rules will result in immediate evacuation. A fine may be issued.
