Cancellation Policy A deposit of 50% of the total accommodation booking is required to confirm all direct reservations if multiple nights are required. 100% deposit required if one night's reservation is made. Upon receipt of a deposit or full payment, Chill Inn will confirm the reservation in writing. A reservation will be assumed to have been cancelled if the deposit or payment as required is not received by the due dates. Should any reservation be cancelled, a cancellation fee will apply as follows 25 % cancellation fee if cancelled 28 days and less prior to arrival 50 % cancellation fee if cancelled 21 days and less prior to arrival 75 % cancellation fee if cancelled 14 days and less prior to arrival 100 % cancellation fee if cancelled 7 days and less prior to arrival or no show. On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including bank details. Chill Inn will refund the applicable amount with in 30 days.. Please note Deposits paid via electronic transfers must be confirmed in 48 hours or booking will be canceled. Other terms and conditions Check-in time is from 14h00 Check-out time by 10h00.
