The original Colonial Farmstead was constructed some time around 1893, and was renovated and revamped in 1988 and reopened in 1992, to included luxurious private suites. The renovations have retained the character of the era whilst ensuring that today's discriminating guests luxuriate in modern comforts, with total privacy and personal service.

| Lovely Time We stayed 6 days and had a lovely time, great food, need new clothes. And staff and atmosphere is so comfortable. Spa is amazing, and our grown up kids enjoyed the days next to the pool, and Kruger Park and game drives tremendously. Adrian and his staff is brilliant. 7 Stars

Excellent What a little heaven, in the forest, with avocado and macadamia trees, perfect private suites, with own sitting rooms, the food (themla) is brilliant, and Adrian - your advice on the area and spa staff were great, we did our own self drive from Redmond U.S.A Highgrove House brilliant - the detail and hospitality amazing. Adrian booked a guided tour for us into the Kruger and we saw the big 5 by 11'o'clock. Wish our travelers this experience.
