Cancellation agreement 1.Failure of the customer to arrive or cancellations made 0-14 days prior the To the agreement arrival date forfeit 100% of the deposit. 2.Cancellations made 15-28 days forfeit 75% of the deposit of the booking quote value whichever the greater. 3.Cancellations made 29 days forfeit 50% of the deposit of the booking quote value whichever the greater. On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, including your bank details, Acasia Guest Lodge will refund the applicable amount within 3 working days. Acasia Guest Lodge levies a 7% admin fee on any refunds processed.
