Trout River Falls provides luxury accommodation that includes 8 chalets with en-suite bathrooms that are elegantly decorated to provide ultimate comfort and relaxation to our guests.Each chalet can accommodate 2 adults. Spectacular views ofthe magnificent poplar trees, our natural trout fishing dams, indigenous forests and mountains can be enjoyed from the verandah of each chalet. The restaurant offers superb South African cuisine with international presentation and standards. An excellent South African vintage wine list compliments our menu that can be enjoyed in the dining room or in the tea garden overlooking the beautiful surroundings. Light meals and refreshments are available at any time during the day, and served with compliments of our qualified waiters and distinguished chef.
Trout River Falls consists of 5 well-stocked natural feeding trout dams an a 2km stretch of the Dorpsriver that will provide for excellent trout fly fishing opportunities for both young and old. We facilitate a generous re-stocking program to ensure excellent trout fishing opportunities.
For our none fishing guests there is an abundance of scenery, bird life, indigenous forests, wild flowers, mountain hiking trails or enjoy a picnic at our romantic waterfall. Lydenburg and Dullstroom provide a variety of tourist attractions with a smattering of little shops, restaurants, golf courses, nature reserves, historical museums, war sites and much more!
