Terms and Conditions

1. No private reservations will be accepted and confirmed without a 50% deposit
2. Deposits by credit card will be effected with guests' premission when details (card number, expiry date, laste 3 digits on
back of card) are provided.
3. For direct bank deposits, our banking details will be supplied upon request.
4. Reservations made by agents will be confirmed as soon as we have received your mail that say, PLEASE book and
confirm, and can't be cancelled (we will wait for voucher). Invoices to be paid strictly within 30 days from date of
invoice.
5. A 50% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled between 45 days prior to expected arrival date.
6. Full 100% cancellation fee will apply if reservation is cancelled within 30 days prior to reservation date.
7. Prices quoted do not include 10% service charge - will be added to final bill.
