Du Bois Lodge

The Du Bois Lodge is a mere 15 minutes drive from the Crocodile Bridge Entrance Gate, providing easy access to the Kruger National Park although the Reserve itself is home to a wide variety of game and you can enjoy the sight of many of these roaming around the Lodge.

The Lodge functions as a self-catering facility with a communal kitchen which is fully equipped. Should you not want to cater for yourself, you can enjoy a pub lunch or a meal at one of the Reserves Restaurants.A splash pool provides refreshing relief during the warmer summer months. Enjoy a braai around the fire at night while listening to the sounds of the bush- a lions roar or hyena call, or the grunting of hippo in the river

FACILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

The Reserve has a shop stocking groceries, firewoodcharcoal, ice, curios which also provides freshly baked bread rolls daily.A Shell Fuel station caters for both petroldiesel vehicles.A bottle store, laundromat, information centrea small nursery are also found in the Reserve. Tennis, volleyballa swimming pool can all be enjoyed at the Club House - an entrance fee is payable.Braai facilities are also available

There is a Lookout Point overlooking the Crocodile River,Kruger National Park, which is a great spot to watch the sunset from at the end of the day. Lionspruit is a game reserve home to most animals other than elephantIt is located within the Reserve an entrance fee is payable. Game drives, night drives, golf nearbya birdwatchers paradise.Close enough to Swaziland, Mocambique and the Panorama for day trips. Airport transfers are available tofrom the Lodge.

ACCOMMODATION

The Lodge can accommodate 10 persons. There are 5 en-suite air-conditioned rooms with bedding and towels.
