You Don't Get What You Pay For I booked for two full day packages, 7h @R1150 pp. It was explained we start at 9 and finish at 4.
We arrived 8:40, to start our treatment at 9. We were done by 12:30. We had lunch and that was it. Nothing to drink, or snack on was offered before then. My eyebrows were never shaped. The additional leg wax I asked for was the most unpleasant experience ever! So I paid for 7h worth of treatments and attention and only received 4 of that. No snack, and a lady that cant wax properly!
