Please note that cancellations or booking-changes made within 30 days (1 month) of arrival will be subjected to a 100 % TOTAL AMOUNT of booking value for total reserved period. Prior to 30 days of arrival will be subjected to a 50% of total accommodation cancellation fee. We charge R250.00 admin, handling & banking costs in the case of a refund. After arrival checked in, no refunds will be considered whatsoever for whatever unforeseen circumstance or disgruntled or dissatisfied issue and guests will be responsible for the total amount and all extra's of the entire booked period.
