Tropical Gardens Lodge and Function Venue

Tropical Garden’s Lodge is situated against the northern slopes of the Magaliesberg, the oldest mountain range in the world.This 3 star rated lodge offers tropical gardens, tranquil waterfalls and koi ponds.The balance of the property is bushveld vegetation as this is where the bushveld complex begins.

We offer warm and friendly bed and breakfast accommodation on a well secured 7 hectare property with electric fencing and remote controlled gate.

We have lodge rooms, chalets and bachelor flatlets available of which all of them have en-suite bathrooms and own private entrances.

Our location is such that it is ideal to explore the greater Hartebeespoortdam area and all it has to offer. We are 30 mins from Jhb and 20 mins from Pta and 30 mins drive to Sun City & Lost City & Pilansberg National Park. In close vicinity you’ll find: Excellent restaurants, bars and vibrant nightlife. Elephant Sanctuary (2km), Citrus wine cellar (3km), Craft and flea markets and curios (4km).

Golf courses all within 10 mins drive: Pecanwood, Brits, Mooi Nooi, Magaliespark and Sandy Lane.

We have a conference facility that can accommodate up to 300 delegates, a big screen TV (2.5m x2.5m) for big sporting events, a ladies bar and a la carte restaurant on site.

Communial braai area and potjiekos pots for those who like to prepare their own meals are available.
