Madikwe Hills Private Game Lodge

The malaria-free Madikwe Game Reserve is home to five-star Madikwe Hills Private Game Lodge. Set amongst boulders and old Tamboti trees, the lodge overlooks the 75 000 hectare reserve which offers the best in Big Five game viewing and wild dog sighting. Guests can look forward to sunrise and sunset game drives, hosted by knowledgeable game rangers.

The 11 luxurious African-style suites are glass-fronted and each enjoy their own veranda and plunge pool, offering privacy and panoramic views of the surrounding landscape. Other room features include an outdoor shower, mini bar, fireplace, underfloor heating and air conditioning. The presidential and family suites can each accommodate up to four guests.

Guests are invited to relax at the wellness centre and take advantage of the rejuvenating treatments on offer. Lodge facilities also include a fitness centre, a small library, secure private parking, swimming pool, garden and bar. The Madikwe Hills Kiddies Club will ensure that your children enjoy themselves too. Multi-course meals, and superb South African wines to compliment, are served under the African sky in the boma or on the lodge`s deck which overlooks the reserve. Activities include game and bird watching, walking and hiking.
