SunWa River Lodge has a total of 68 rooms and can accommodate a total of 139 delegates sharing: Double Storey Canadian Log Cabins, Single Storey Cabins, Thorntree Cottage, Quarter Deck “Executive Suites”, Duckpond
CANCELLATIONS OR POSTPONEMENTS: Please note that confirmations and deposits are for the stipulated dates only and are not transferable without the written consent of SunWa River Lodge. In the event of a cancellation or postponement, regardless of period, Sunwa will be obliged to charge a 10% management fee. SunWa River Lodge will make every effort to find alternate clients for the booked dates, however this cannot be guaranteed and you will be charged. In the event of your company canceling OR postponing your event OR decreasing the number of delegates, for any reason whatsoever, after signing our terms and conditions, the following will be applicable: 30 Days prior to arrival - 50% of total expected revenue will be charged 15 Days prior to arrival - 75% of total expected revenue will be charged 10 Days prior to arrival - 100% of total expected revenue will be charged.Children aged between 0 and 4 stay free.
