Villa Mae is situated in the small town of Schweizer-Reneke in the North West Province. The guest house is in a very safe and secure area with surveillance cameras, high fencing and a remote controlled gate to the establishment.
Payment Procedure A 100% deposit is required (via Direct Deposit or Credit Card) WITHIN 48 hours, to secure this reservation. See Bank details Above Please email Proof of payment. No American express or Diners club cards /No Cheques Accepted Kindly Please note we are on a pre-paid system. Payment will serve as a confirmation for this booking Please email proof of payment to: admin@villamae.co.za Cancellation Terms In the event of premature departure we may charge for the full original booking. Cancellation 0 - 14 days before date of arrival, or no-show visitor forfeits 100% of deposit paid. Cancellation 15 - 28 days before date of arrival visitor forfeits 75% of deposit paid or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater). Cancellation 29+ days before date of arrival visitor forfeits 50% of deposit or 25% of full quote value (whichever greater). On receipt of a written instruction to cancel the reservation, Villa Mae Guest House, will refund the applicable amount as determined by the cancellation terms of the establishment, within 5 working days. Villa Mae Guesthouse levies a 4.5% administration fee on any refunds processed. Should refunds to a SWIFT bank account be required, an additional R185 charge will be levied.
