Come and experience the tranquility and hospitality of the Northern Cape at Die Olyfhuis, an exclusive guesthouse on the farm Holsdam.

Breakfast is included with your stay at Die Olyfhuis. Every morning guests can enjoy an English or Continental breakfast, individually prepared, either in the dining room or on the patio overlooking the farm’s wide open spaces.

Breakfast is served with unique touches such as free-range, organic eggs (supplied by our own hens), freshly-prepared coffee from grounded coffee beans, and honey produced on the farm.



The farm, situated five kilometers from Barkly West and 39 kilometers from Kimberley, is the perfect location to relax and de-stress.

At Die Olyfhuis you have the opportunity to experience how restful and rejuvenating farm-life can be. You can take long walks and explore the tranquil surroundings.

Birdwatchers will find a bit of paradise with 45 different bird species and two dams where they can be spotted. For those who wish to be a bit more active, we have an established walking trail and a mountain bike route.
