The adjacent Horse & Mill English style Pub and Restaurant is a beautifully restored Coach House with a real Horse Mill inside. It was built in 1840. The horsemill was erected on the farm “Sewefontein” in 1891. It was renovated and installed into the old coach house in 1977. Both the mill and the building which houses it are National Monuments.
Here you can quench your thirst with pint draft or any other drink or cold drink. Come and feast on a wide variety of dishes in our restaurant. Karoo Lamb dishes are our speciality. English breakfast is served on request.

Poor Stay my pastor and his family stayed. Did not get standard that was advertised and promised. Not near enough coffee, toilet paper, etc. Furniture in bad state. Old bread and empty liquor bottles still in kitchen cupboard. Staff extremely unfriendly, not hospitable at all. Could see owner/manager and female worker had quarrel. Vibes were bad. Could not wait to leave place and departed 04h30 next morning, despite fact that they intended to leave after breakfast. Exchanged breakfast for pizzas night bfr
