For Cancellations 0 - 7 days prior to the check-in date, forfeit the full deposit. Cancellations 8-28 days prior to the check-in date, forfeit 50% ot the deposit. Cancellations 29+ days prior to the check-in date will be refunded the full deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours prior to the check-in date a minimum of 50% of the full reservation amount will need to be paid, regardless whether a deposit was paid or not.
