Katidale

The 3 star Katidale is situated on an extensive property, overlooking the country village of Barrydale and surrounded by the Tradouw mountains.

Katidale offers 5 units. The Karoo Cottage, accommodating up to 4 guests,is equipped with a king size bed, en-suite shower, living area, mini bar, sleeper couch, television, WIFI access, open plan fully equipped kitchen and a deck. The Karoo Heart room enjoys similar facilities and sleep up to 3 guests. The Blue Room sleeps up to 4 guests, with no kitchen or living area. The Green Room has a shower, kitchenette, television and WIFI access and sleeps 2, while the White Room, also sleeping 2, has a bathtub only and boasts a panoramic mountain view. All rooms enjoy a private entrance except for the White Room which is accessed via the main house. Children under the age of 5 years stay free and children under 16 years, receive a 50 percent discount. For group tours, the main house is available and can cater up to 7 adults and 5 children. Campers and backpackers are also welcome.

A scrumptious breakfast and dinner is available on request. A barbeque pack and salads are made up to order, as well as picnic baskets. The owner, Katie, boasts a 25 year catering experience and serves excellent local, German and Croatian cuisine. The venue is available for hire.

The guesthouse offers a salt water swimming pool, barbeque area, lush garden with outdoor furniture and hammock, childrens play area, farm animals, organic vegetable garden and WIFI internet access.
