Sidwell house features 4 Bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, with 2 bedrooms being en-suite. The house offers a large lounge/dining room with fully equipped open-plan kitchen, washing machine and dishwasher as well as full DSTV.The house features a swimming pool and garden braai, a fire place with ample fire wood and a double garage and rooms are equipped with heaters and a hairdryer. With the capacity to sleep eight people, the house is perfectly suited to four couples, two fourballs or one or two families.

Children are welcome and small pets can be accommodated by prior arrangement.

Sidwell House is also only 2 minutes from a Virgin Active gym, 5 minutes from the hospital and 10 minutes from the airport, the town centre and Garden Route Mall. The beaches of Herolds Bay and Victoria Bay are also in very close proximity.

The house is available for international house exchange as well as for movie shoots on a daily rental.
