Backpackers beach house

Backpackers Beach House Lodge is literally seven steps from the beach. Gone are the parking problems and loading your car with equipment when going to the beach. Simply grab your towel and take a stroll down to the sand and sea. Hobie beach is next to Plettenberg Bay’s main beach in front of Beacon Isle. Guests can go yachting, swimming or participate in various water sports in the warm waters.

The house has two bedrooms, an eight-sleeper en-suite dormitory and one self-catering loft apartment. The beach house has a fully equipped kitchen with laundry facilities, a comfortable and spacious lounge that looks onto the garden, and a swimming pool. Warm days can be spent relaxing on the deck by the pool while enjoying the stunning view. Enjoy the shade of the trees after an action filled day spent on an ocean safari, jet skiing or after an adventurous day trip to Storms River to bungee jump.

Plettenberg Bay is known as the jewel of the Garden Route, with its tranquil and rather glamorous miles of unspoilt golden beaches, dramatic rocky peninsula, intriguing lagoons, towering indigenous forests and unpolluted rivers.
