Your deposit of 50% of the total due secures the accommodation. Confirmation of your reservation will reach you within 7 days of receipt, the balance to be paid on arrival. Refund of the deposit if reservation is cancelled up to 60 days before arrival, will be at the discretion of the management, and is dependent on the ability to re-let the unit reserved. In the event of premature departure or delayed arrival, the full amount of the original reservation will be charged.
