DEPOSIT
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required within 24 Hours from date when the booking is made to confirm the reservation.
Option A:
Pay a 50% deposit with any major credit card.
Option B:
Or direct transfers into our bank account, and send us the proof of payment as soon as the 50% deposit is paid.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Full refund of payment will be made on reservations cancelled within 48 hours of receiving Booking Confirmation letter from hotel.
No refunds for bookings & reservations made and paid within 48 hours of check-in.
BREAKAGE POLICY
Please note we charge a R5 000 breakage deposit which will be refunded after 7 days.
Deductions from the breakage deposit will only be done if there were any breakages/damages or if extra cleaning was needed (if the property is left in a poor state after departure).
Please strictly adhere to the speed restrictions and rules of the home owners association in the estate.Failure to do so will result in a R 250.00 fine deductible from your breakage deposit.
