It has stunning views of the ocean and has a beautiful, wooden wrap-around deck, a swimming pool and lovely garden. The house is only a three-minute stroll from from the well-known Boulders Beach and penguin colony. It is also close to historic Simon's Town with its quaint shops and restaurants.
When the guest cancels fewer than 30 days in advance, they'll be charged the total cost. If the guest cancels at least 30 days before the arrival date, they will not be charged.
If you pay the deposit by credit card, the establishment will deduct the remaining amount on the day of arrival. The card-holder must sign the notification of payment.
