DESCRIPTION
Waters Edge is situated opposite the Fish Hoek beach and exactly half way between Fish Hoek and Kalk Bay on the Main Road which follows the False Bay coast to Simonstown.
Waters Edge beautifully located self catering Studios, which sleep two or more guests.The units are equipped with kitchenettes with microwaves and fridges, cutlery and crockery and offer an En-suite bathroom with Shower. The units are all equipped with TVs (with satellite news channel), heaters, electric blankets, kettle, cutlery and crockery and linen and towels are provided.
Guests also have the option to rent the whole beautifully situated house which has three large en-suite bedrooms and is fully furnished. The house is equipped with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier,fridge, mixer, toaster, slow cooker, heaters and electric blankets.
Guests have the opportunity to watch the whales play (June - November), take a swim in the warm False Bay or relax on the beach, watch the night lights over False Bay or take a hike up Silvermine Nature Reserve bordering and open to the back of the property.
Waters Edge is within close proximity to Table Mountain, penguins, Simons Town, Cape Point, Victoria and Alfred Waterfront, the Cape Wine Lands, Houtbay, Chapmans Peak Drive, surfing, deep sea fishing and fishing from the pier to name a few attractions.

Cancellations more than 30 days prior to visit forfeit 25% of the deposit or 15% of the booking total, whichever is the greater.
Cancellations between 30 and 15 days prior to the visit forfeit 50% of the total booking quote or paid value, whichever is the greater.
Cancellations between 14 and 7 days prior to the visit forfeit 75% of the total booking quote or paid value, whichever is the greater.
For Cancellations between 7 and 0 days prior to the visit, or non-arrival/no show/premature departure, 100% of the accommodation cost will be payable.
We are however flexible and will try to accommodate guest at another time should we receive notification timeously of a cancellation.
