10 Ocean View Road is a 4-star graded contemporary home, offering three bedrooms with two bathrooms of which one is en-suite. The house has been designed to sleep six people and is let on a selective basis to ensure that overcrowding does not occur. A full time personal housekeeper is on offer at no additional cost and offers washing, ironing, cleaning and cooking services. She will also gladly assist with other duties, such as baby sitting, by prior arrangement at an additional remuneration.
With an open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room, and a large patio leading off from the living area, the house boasts a beautiful panoramic view of False Bay. The patio with its rim plunge pool is also accessible from the main bedroom.The house also offers modern conveniences including central heating, ceiling fans, personal safes, satellite TV and DVD throughout the house. The dwelling is fully secured with lock up garaging and courtyard parking.
Although children are welcome; we suggest that only children 6 years of age and older reside due to the unprotected swimming pool and stairs in and around the house. Unfortunately no pets are allowed.
